We received such a good response from our call for volunteer translators that it became difficult to manage. It’s a good problem to have!
Thankfully, we found a service called WebTranslateIt which makes the task of translating documents and keeping them up to date with changes much easier both for us and for our volunteers. Our Managment Portal interface is now fully translated into Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, German, French, and Korean. We also have volunteers completing translations for Finnish and Arabic! We would like to thank Translations for Progress for helping us find most of them.
If you would like to join our Gibberfish Translation Team, you can either sign up directly for one of our projects, or contact us via email and we will send you an invitation. We will gladly accept translations in any language. It’s a great way to help make our service accessible to everyone who needs it. We now have clients in two hemispheres, and we hope to keep growing. We can write code and raise money, but translation is something we literally cannot do without your assistance.
Speaking of raising money, if you’re not fluent in multiple languages (like us!) but would still like to make a difference, we could really use your financial support as well. Servers don’t grow on trees. We can accept cash, checks, credit cards, or bitcoin though our donation page, or you can just send us ten bucks right here, right now!
